Learn some basic map reading and navigation skills and complete trial runs and an orienteering course around the grounds of Turlough Park, Co. Mayo.
This work in the Museum will be supported by staff and students from ATU’s Mayo campus, Mayo Sports Partnership and will coincide with World Orienteering Day.

Location: Onsite in the grounds of Turlough Park, Co Mayo (dress accordingly)
Bring water/ comfy clothing for running
Duration: 90min, 3 parts
- 10 min: Introduction to Museum, site and ground rules
- 70 min: Orienteering workshop: Maze Run and Ground Time Trial
- 10 min: Conclusion
