Anthony collaborated with the Nwanne Diuto African Women’s Group to design a dress that fused Irish and Nigerian cultures. At the heart of the design was the melding of ancient Irish Ogham with Nsibidi, a 4th century Nigerian Igbo language.
The National Museum of Ireland is committed to amplifying women’s stories and will work with the Department to assess the feasibility and funding needs of a potential new facility in Limerick.
